60 in real time

60 In Real Time is a hybrid between a talk-show and a performance. We gather in an intimate setting to discuss the various ideas and insights that came up during the process of making our piece 60. We explore questions such as: how is time registered in the body? How does our brain translate this physical sensation into experience? In between short excerpts of the work are performed, creating a bridge between the conceptual and the physical.
Amos acts as host and he also plays the music live. At every show we host a different scientist who speaks about time from their expertise: neurology, biology, astrophysics etc.

60 In Real Time was originally created as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Time perception got a different relevance and the performance gave people a space to meet and exchange ideas.
